Pre-Orders

Clan Mother Goods & Apparel is a small business that operates on a limited-run basis (making our items highly exclusive). Pre-order items are purchased before production and ensure that your items are secured during the small window of time that we set for order periods.

When making a pre-order, customers will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment. Orders will only be shipped upon arrival of the pre-order item(s), usually as per the date suggested on the product page at time of order placement.

Once pre-orders are ready for shipment, customers will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that their order has been fulfilled and is now ready for shipment.

Shipping

Regular and expedited shipping options are available upon check-out. Clan Mother Goods & Apparel ships all items through Canada Post.

Regular Mail: 4-9 Business Days

Expedited Mail: 2-5 Business Days

International Xpresspost: 4-7 Business Days

Returns

Due to the small-batch, limited-run nature of our operation, all sales are final.
